How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your online order at any time by logging into your account and clicking on “My Orders.” You will also be able to see a list of your past orders in this section, which means you can easily re-purchase your favorite items. Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Please contact us within one hour after the order has been placed to cancel an order. You can e-mail us at email@example.com. After the hour window, we cannot guarantee that the order will be cancelled.
How do your gift cards and gift certificates work?
Silver Mirror gift cards and certificates should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen cards and certificates cannot be replaced. Unused balances on gift cards and certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, but they don’t expire so use them anytime.
How do I check the balance on my gift card/certificate?
You can check the balance of your gift card by logging into your account on our website or mobile app. If you run into any issues with checking your balance, you can also e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you right away.

What brands of products can I order?
We carry many different brands of skincare products for you to buy at our facial bar in New York or online. Our brands and products are specially curated and tested by our estheticians. We only sell skincare that we know works and that we like. Some brands we carry include Atopalm creams and moisturizers, CosRX acne patches, iS Clinical active skin serums, the PureLift anti-aging facial wand, and a variety of products from Sanitas Skincare and more. Can I host an event at your facial bar?
Yes! You can book special events for larger groups with us, including birthday parties, bachelorette parties, company events, or just a group outing with your friends. Can I get a job at The Silver Mirror?

Why are your seasonal treatments special?
Aside from helping your skin deal with the weather changes associated with each season, we also donate a portion of the proceeds from our seasonal specials to a charity of our choice. Last summer, we donated to Women’s World Banking, a cause we deeply care about, and this fall and winter we will be donating a portion of the proceeds from our Winter Skin Fix facial to City Year.
