We provide a full refund or store credit on new and unopened products within 21 days of purchase in our NYC shop or within 21 days of receipt from our website.

Silver Mirror gift cards should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Unused balances on gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
RETURNS FROM ONLINE
If you are not satisfied with your unused and unopened product within 21 days of receipt, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and item(s) you would like to return. We will process your return and send you return instructions. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive the return item, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

Please bring your unused and unopened product and receipt to our facial bar at 862 Lexington Ave (between 64th and 65th St). We are happy to issue you a full refund or store credit.
