Services

Guests will be safely distanced within our facial bars in accordance with local guidelines and safety procedures.

Services will take a little longer than usual because of the extra time needed to clean and hospital-grade disinfect between clients. Appointments will also be staggered to limit the number of guests in the facial bar at a single time.

Estheticians must wear masks, face shields and gloves while performing services.

Client’s clothes, shoes, and belongings will be stored in single-use, disposable bags during treatment.

Clean towels will be placed on the bed for every client. We have eliminated the use of blankets.

Stations, treatment beds, machines, tools and products will be fully disinfected at the start, middle and end of each day, as well as after each guest. In addition, our general facilities will be disinfected and sanitized every hour.

Upon entering Silver Mirror, every team member and guest must submit for a temperature reading. Any body temperatures above 99 degrees fahrenheit will not be admitted entrance.

Masks and gloves must be worn by team members at all times. Masks must be worn by guests at all times as well, other than the time while receiving a facial.

Credit cards and pens to sign receipts will be disinfected after each use.

If comfortable, guests will kindly be asked to wait outside until the beginning of his or her facial.

FAQ
As a guest, I do not want to wear a mask or have my temperature read. Can I still receive a treatment?
We understand and respect each individual’s opinions and preferences, however, the safety of our guests and team members is our top priority. These measures are based on federal and local guidelines at the moment and we feel that they are the best steps for everyone’s safety. Non-compliance with these rules will result in a guest’s facial appointment being cancelled.
I have a membership, when will I be charged again?

All active DC member accounts will be unfrozen and charged on October 1.

All NYC member accounts will be reactivated on October 1, October 15, or November 1.

As long as you have an active membership in which you are being charged monthly, unused facial credits from January through March 2020 will not expire until December 31, 2020 for DC members and February 28, 2021 for NYC members.

During the temporary closing you had perks for members, will those perks continue?
Yes! Because we love our members so darn much, we will be continuing all active members Covid perks for the time being. Those perks include:
  • 150-day expiration on all facial credits
  • 3 complimentary add-ons (dermaplaning not included, expires 12/31/20)
  • 2 additional guest vouchers for 20% off of a facial
